This package is a one-off dedicated 2.5-3 hour support for you with whatever it is you're seeking postpartum. You have my full commitment as I nourish you and ensure you feel held and rested.

Package includes:

• 1x postpartum visit (2.5 - 3 hours)
• A nourishing meal
• Support at home
• Referrals to specialists within the community (women's health physio, lactation consultant etc.)
• Light house tidying
