Hypnobirthing is an evidence based childbirth program that runs once a week for 5 weeks. Through self-hypnosis, special breathing, acupressure, visualisation techniques, and so much more, the comprehensive HypnoBirthing International program gives you everything you need to feel prepared for birth and parenting as well as have you feeling supported (as you should) during this most important and transformative experience of your life!

Hypnobirthing also dispels the myths & fears that lead to an increase in anxiety & negative expectations on the process of normal childbirth. In the absence of fear & stress, a woman's body is uniquely designed to Birth calmly, comfortably & with joy. Hypnobirthing teaches you unique & specific relaxation techniques to draw on during your Birth. Thousands of Birthing women have had outstanding Birth outcomes because of the Hypnobirthing program. 

Our Hypnobirthing classes are a 5-week program; consisting of weekly classes that run for 2.5 hours. The best time to start is from 18 weeks onwards.

• September 16th  - 4:00pm till 6:30pm

• September 23rd -  4:00pm till 6:30pm

• September 30th - 4:00pm till 6:30pm

• October 7th - 4:00pm till 6:30pm

What is the investment: 

Group Sessions are $650.00 per couple. This includes all the resources.
