Hypnobirthing Group Classes | Monday Nights | Starts Septmber 7th | $650

Hypnobirthing is an evidence-based childbirth program giving parents tools & education to birth with confidence & free of fear. As a doula I’ve seen first-hand just how powerful hypnobirthing is in the birth space.

Throughout this five week course, I will show you a series of birthing techniques that focus on self-hypnosis and deep relaxation through an array of techniques to help you feel relaxed physically, mentally and spiritually prepare you for childbirth.

Our Hypnobirthing classes are a 5-week program; consisting of weekly classes, and are catered for women who ideally are around 18 weeks.

Details:

• $650 (we require a $100 deposit to secure a spot) we will invoice you the remainder
• Held Mondays from 6:30pm - 9:00pm 
• At the Lighthouse Currumbin @thelighthousecurrumbin
• Snacks and resources provided!
