Our Hypnobirthing classes are a 4-week program -1 class a week for 5 weeks catered for women who ideally are around 20/24 weeks.
I will show you a series of birthing techniques that focus on self-hypnosis deep relaxation through an array of techniques to help you feel relaxed physically, mentally and spiritually prepare you for childbirth.
As a doula I’ve seen first-hand just how powerful hypnobirthing is in the birth space.
